The Craft Search Engine contains only arts and crafts websites. Each site listed here has been individually reviewed for quality content. How to Use the Craft Search Engine:
Use the search box above or use the 'Quick Search' tool in the top right-hand corner of each page to find arts and crafts. Type what you are looking for, then click 'Find It'. The search results will include links to other pages on the Internet(off-site links). If you click on an off-site link, use the back button on your browser when you are ready to return to CraftSearchEngine.com or CraftSiteDirectory.com.

Next to the search results, in the right hand column, you will see links to the various Craft Site Directory categories. Don't worry about finding your way back to the Craft Search Engine if you click on one of these links. Just look for the 'Quick Search' tool in the top right-hand corner of the category pages, this will take you back to the search engine.

Search Tips:

  • Put spaces between words to separate them, instead of quiltpatterns, type quilt patterns.

  • Double check your spelling.

  • If you want to find an exact phrase, use "double quotation marks" around the phrase when you enter words in the search box. For example, "free quilt patterns". Searching for exact phrases limits the number of search results you receive, so use this searching option only when needed. A site may have lots of wonderful free quilt patterns, but if they don't have the exact phrase "free quilt patterns" on their site, you may never find them!

  • To make sure that a specific word is always included in your search topic, place the plus (+) symbol before the key word in the search box. To make sure that a specific word is always excluded from your search topic, place a minus (-) sign before the keyword in the search box.
